Recipes:


Brownie Cookies v1


Melt together in pot:
4 tbsp(1 cup) Butter (if unsalted, will need to add extra salt)
6 tbsp semi sweet chocolate
8 tsp cocoa powder
1 tsp coffe grounds
Add 1 tbsp oil.


in separate bowl, combine, mixx till light, airy,foamy:
1 cup + 2-4(or 5) tsp sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 medium eggs


Combine melted choc with egg-sugar mix.

Combine:
1 cup flour
1/4 (or 1/2 tsp) salt 3 tbsp cocoa 1/8 tsp baking soda
mix into choc-egg-sugar mix.

fold in 1/4-1/3 cup semi sweet mini choc chips
can also add in 1/4 cup/ a small handful mini m&ms

make dough into equal balls.
I reccomend that you refrigerate them, as it helps them keep their shape better. Press cookie dough balls, wether refrigerated or not.
set oven to 350F or 176/6C,
place balls 2 inches apart, press to at most 1/4 inch flat.
bake 10 mins (or 12 if you want fullly baked), let sit 10 minutes on hot pan.
center will be soft, but will harden after an hour or so.
Author's note: the center will be soft, but the cookie will have hit the bacteria killing temp(160F/70C).

1 cup white sugar 1 tsp vanilla extract
2 medium eggs


Dry Mix:
1 cup flour
1/4 tsp salt
3 tbsp cocoa powder
1/8 tsp baking soda
